We kicked off August with the Avengers at Wellspan's Family Day at PeoplesBank Park in York. The day was full of fun, even when the storm came to cool us down.
We paid a visit to the Simpson Library's Run for Reading too! Followed up by another visit to the York Revolution for the Family Fun Day. Despite the heat we had a blast!
We paid a visit to the Elizabethtown Child Care Center for some motivational speaking. We met two groups of children. Pre K and K through 5th. The beginning of the assembly started with some hero talk, followed by coloring sheet handouts and super hero autographs!
We got to go to Philadelphia to hang out with the Philly Avengers for a softball tournament benefiting Alex's Lemonade Stand!
